These terms cover engagements with Orbit1Lab. Last updated 2026.

Engagements

Work is scoped and agreed in writing before it begins. Scope changes are confirmed before any new work starts, so timelines and fees stay predictable.

Code ownership

On paid project work, source code, repositories, and relevant credentials transfer to you. You own what we build for you.

Pricing and payment

Quotes are in USD unless agreed otherwise. Projects are typically invoiced by milestone. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

Confidentiality

We keep your product information, data, and plans confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.

Warranties

We deliver work to an agreed specification. Services are provided as-is for ongoing infrastructure and third-party platforms we do not control.
